WJ events was contracted by EKS and worked on-site in Istanbul, Turkey as part of the Applicant File Team in preparation of documentation, design and strategies submitted to the International Olympic Committee.

For over four years, WJ events partnered with the World Equestrian Games Foundation in Lexington, Kentucky USA as Senior Expert Advisors to produce the Operations Management Plan and overlay design for the largest World Equestrian Games in history.

WJ events was part of the design and operations management team effort while in Johannesburg, Republic of South Africa for the four stadium venues utilized for the 2009 Confederations Cup and established benchmark performance criteria for the six remaining FIFA World Cup venues.

As the lead overlay architects for the National Organizing Committees of Antigua and Barbuda, Grenada and Jamaica, WJ events managed the interface of legacy stadium construction with the overlay design/operations planning for the four stadium competition venues from inception to event day control center operations.

For seven consecutive years, WJ events has worked with the Aruba Minister of Tourism Office for venue management, security operations and venue design in support of the Aruba Music Festival.
