St. John's, Antigua and St. Georges, Grenada, West Indies

One of the world’s most passionately followed sports was hosted in nine island Caribbean countries throughout the West Indies in the spring of 2007. The One-Day International competition format brought 51 cricket matches to this passionate cricket region over a period of six weeks.

WJ events managed the event design, overlay construction and event operations including assistance to the Cricket Organizing Committees of Antigua & Barbuda and Grenada with the completion of the legacy stadium construction at their new cricket grounds.

Our early work with the Jamaica Cricket Organizing Committee and their bid effort to Cricket World Cup in 2005 also continued with event design and overlay operations for Sabina Park in Kingston and Trewalny Greenfield stadium in Montego Bay.
